Virginia Barausky

With over 20 years of experience in long-term care, Medicare, healthcare, and life insurance planning, Virginia Barausky is a seasoned and respected leader in the industry. In her current role as National Sales Director at Pinnacle, she has expanded her expertise to include Medicare and Social Security planning, further enhancing her holistic approach to retirement and longevity planning.

Virginia is widely regarded as a trusted resource and strategic partner to financial professionals nationwide. She has held key leadership roles—including Divisional Sales Manager and Regional Marketing Director, collaborating closely with advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and financial institutions to deliver integrated planning strategies that protect wealth and improve quality of life during retirement. Her mission is to empower advisors and their clients through expert guidance in Medicare, long-term care, Social Security, and life insurance planning, helping protect assets, support families of all ages, and strengthen the advisor’s practice. By delivering principle-driven strategies and providing hands-on client support, she enables advisors to demonstrate leadership during life’s unexpected moments—deepening trust, protecting relationships, and driving long-term, organic growth.

Virginia holds both the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation and is a Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®), equipping her to support advisors and their clients with the most consequential decisions they face as they approach retirement. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and remains committed to lifelong learning to better serve her clients and professional partners. Based in Tampa, Florida, she enjoys volunteering at her church, traveling, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her husband and two grown children.
